Concept study within the frame of the initiative "Study and stay in Bavaria"
Foreign graduates of German Universities are a relevant target group for the national labour market. Their number has increased steadily during the past 10 years. However, relatively few graduates stayed in Germany.
Within the frame of the initiative "Study and Stay in Bavaria" and on behalf of the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Infrastructure, Transport and Technology the efms carries out a concept study. The concept aims at facilitating the transition of foreign graduates of Bavarian Universities from studies to professions. Thereby, the skilled labour supply in the Free State shall be strengthened.
In different areas of action such as language skills, law, social integration, career counselling or information measures are to be elaborated. According to its participative approach the study involves the federal Länder, regional and municipal level as well as the Bavarian Universities and other relevant actors.
