Horizonte - Das Lehramtsstipendium für Migranten

In order to support particularly gifted and committed migrants in teacher-training and to motivate promising school graduates with a migration background to become teachers, the Hertie Foundation established the "Horizonte" scholarship scheme. The evaluation conducted by the efms documented and examined the experiences with the scholarship programme on the part of the scholarship holders and the foundation. Particular attention was paid to the scholarship selection procedure.
